Mixes nicely, no clumps, gives a decent amount of pump. Gives me energy and doesn’t make me jittery. It wakes me up but does not crack me out.

Cons

After multiple times of trying it, it seems to just be an expensive tub of koolaid mix. Their other “shred” product says “no artificial sweeteners’ and lists fruit extract as an ingredient.

It has creatine in it which gives these medications a negative affect making my mood worse. I feel good before the work out but when the preworkout settles i feel bloated.
