Pros & Cons
Pros
The 1000 lumen brightness on turbo mode really lights up the night. Every lumen level is useful, and the instant turbo/low allows for quick access in many situations.
This light performs very well. It has a diffuse beam with a pleasantly smooth fall off. I work as a asnt qualified ndt inspector, this is an awesome little light.

The most usable feature of the screen is to let you know how much battery life you have. Lots of options for brightness (and therefore battery management) allows for flexible use.
Nitecore is so much more refined than the over-hyped brands like surefire tactical flashlights. Build quality is mostly good, though lacking in a few areas. Otherwise, a quality edc flashlight.
Cons
The light gets insanely hot after about 45 seconds on 1000 lumens. It is way too easy to put this flashlight into lock mode where nothing works but the turbo feature. This nonsense flashlight is only 20% of its power.

This is annoying as the torch does get moved to demo mode regularly enough to cause annoyance but not frequently enough to remember the combination lol
