This wheel is fantastic! Our hamster goes to town on this wheel! Additionally, this wheel is attractive. I would definitely recommend d this wheel - it is my favorite so far.
It is silent, sturdy, and stable. One thing about this wheel is you can hear his super speed pitter-patter, but i find it cute.
It fits in my 20 gallon long tank with zero issues. Sometimes i have to adjust it because it gets squeaky. Add two inches for comfort - tip found on hh.
This is the quietest i have ever seen. Super quiet and completely worthwhile.
The medium size is good for all other hamsters, or smaller syrians. Purchased size large for one of my syrians. It is big enough to give my hammy lots of running space.

Definitely would recommend for a high quality hamster wheel
you need superhuman hearing in order to hear the quality bearings in this thing
So if your small pet has a fer of heights then go with the nonsee through models

I was hesitant to get this wheel because of the cost

He wakes up every 4am to run on that thing in the darkso fast he’s a blur and not one squeaknot one creak

She runs now every night and it’s a quick wipe in the am and it’s clean again

We are updating his cage into a bigger one so i didnt lay down the brown paper that comes with it it sticks under the wheel

But make sure you move the wheel forward about 14 as running does cause some motion and the adjustment screw might hit tank glass

A gerbil rat or hamster will not be able to get their teeth in a position to chew them apart think plexiglass

I am not sue if it was height there wasnt a rim on the outside not having a cork insert or it was clear see through
