Pros
Works well to make a flashlight into headlamp. Only complaint is you cant swivel the light up or down. This allows me to us my handheld flashlight as a headlight.
The nite ize headband is a first class piece of gear. The velcro overlaps. I wish they had stitched another elastic loop on to the other side so that you can have one flashlight on each side of my head.
It folds up small and flat, so i can tuck it away virtually anywhere. Works really well and is very adjustable. Only complaint is it is just a tad too small for my head.
Cons
Dedicated headlamps are either somewhat expensive, of subpar quality (energizer's model comes to mind), or perhaps too goofy-looking to use. This head band while adjustable needs to be stretchable. The china label is upside down by the velcro.

Well made and fits my aa maglite well
It folds flat when not in use gits even my 2734 head and really shines if you wear a ballcap turn it around and strap this on it
My nitecore strap got all gummy and loose and disgusting after using it for mechanical work in this heat
Price
Now i can use my nice flashlight instead of having to spend another 100 on a headlamp
But thats only a nitpick on a working useful product retailing for around 5
Competitiveness
Much cheaper and better than those other flashlight headlamps
I now use it for my right angle zebralight h600w mark iv it works better for angle head flashlights

No elasticity nylon is durable but like watch bands made of nylon do not breath well with perspiration

Could be improved if the main strap was a little stretchy so you could ‘set and forget’ the velcro fastener

I prefer the velcro to elastic headbands which will stretch out and become useless over time

It’s a velcro strap that adjust around your head as a headband

On the side there’s an elastic loop to slide a small hand held flashlight on making it onto a headlamp
