Pros
Small 36b but they make me look like i have a c cup lol. Only thing i dislike is you can see them when wearing a lighter color shirt. About 150 or so pounds, and a d bra.
Best part is they are washable and reusable. Hosted a very long cookout in 90 degree weather and had no issues with the adhesive backing.
Cons
Hated it. Tons of rippling, obvious through any fabric. With perfect care and only 2 wears the adhesive on the flaps has almost w to rely come off.

They cover quite a bit not just my nipples but a lot of the boob at least mine because theyre so small lol
