Cons
Even after paying near 90 bucks (factoring taxes) for this supposedly original remote, what was delivered is clearly a fake. This is terrible. Complete junk. What a piece of garbage.
Missing serial on the inside of the remote. Missing rounded mark around the'sync' button. Will not sync with wii console like my other remotes. Moves i previous scored perfect with the old controller are no longer, they're usually x, not even ok or go... Read More

However a japanese wii remote plus would still work on a north american wii without problem

They released this late in the products life and theres not a lot of products that take advantage of this new technology but its still important to have if you own a nintendo wii u

The blue wii remote plus works as intended but there is one caveat many of the controllers here sold appear to be japanese based on three sellers i tried out here
