Pros
Product does a good job and there's a mild, not long lasting odour to the product. Also works on walking boots. Coming from someone who has used both grangers and nikwax, the latter is the better of the two.
Cons
Looks like it can cope with a trickle from a jug, but a good 'ol walk in the rain knocked it for six. Within 10 minutes of light rain, my shoulders were soaked. This product adds no water-repellent properties to ski jackets or salopettes.
Two full days after spraying, the odor isn't detectable at a distance. It stinks for a week or so after coating.
This product is shockingly useless. Dwr is a con. Membranes are a scam.

Note best done outside left on the line to dry as it’s a bit smelly for a day or so

I use nikwax products on tents so decided to give this clothing specific product a go on a jacket that had lost its waterproofing
