Pros

Nielsen-massey vanilla is a quality ingredient. It marinates in the bottle as you use it up. I bake a lot so this huge bottle of vanilla lasts for almost a year.

Cons

It tastes like thin, watery, rubbing alcohol that actually has a burning sensation on my tongue. Mccormicks makes better vanilla than this and theirs is * too! There is a reason why they don't show the ingredients.

The description in amazon states this is madagascar vanilla. It is not. One is thick and dark, the other is watery and pale. Buy something more economical and get the same results.
