Pros

Neilsen-massey vanilla bean paste is the o lu one i use in all of my cakes and frostings. Love to see all the flecks of vanilla in cakes, puddings, icings, etc.

The flavor is unmatched. The pancake is sweeter than others. The quality is fabulous.

The 32oz package offers good value for money, if the quantity is needed. Whether one thinks it is worth the extra money is a matter of preference i guess. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.

I use it in custard base ice cream & the flavor far surpasses vanilla extract. No alcohol aftertaste. Better vanilla flavour than extract.

Cons

Considering the volume this is a great price

It is a great value for anyone who bakes as much as i do

The last time i bought this vanilla it was 55 for 32 ounces

A bit pricey but definitely worth it

Packaging/appearance

Package very well and of exceptional quality

It’s beautifully packaged and the quality is outstanding

However the packaging needs to go back to a box as a paper envelope rips

I received the vanilla paste and all appears to be true to advertisement again

Competitiveness

Its flavor is so unique it makes my pastries taste great when compared with other brands

I have tried a lot of different brands and this has the best flavor brownies fudge cookies cakes bread and much much more

I will never buy another brand again

The big bottle is comparable in price per ounce to most store bought vanillas and the taste is incomparable
