Pros
Used to reinforce the coffee in a batch of coffee ice cream. Add to hot water and cream to make fake coffee (de caff) taste better. Perfect addition for all chocolate brownies and cakes.
Canadian liberté yogurt discontinued selling to the usa. Nielsen-massey are used widely in the restaurant business. This coffee extract didn't disappoint.
Cons
It smells terrible which is probably why it doesn't taste good. It gets all over the bottle when you carefully pour it. The flavor is very weak and it would not dissolve.
