Nielsen has much better flavor than other brands. My favorite vanilla and a bargain at the price. This vendor is good as well.

The mexican is the best flavor for pretty much everything. It adds flavor and richness that cheaper products will not do. It has a fullness and official taste that imitation flavoring cannot do.

Nielsen-massey vanilla extract is so weak that even using 1/2 teaspoon of the stuff in one small mug of warmed milk doesn't make it strong enough. This is not usable to cook with. Don't waste your money.

This tastes like and smells like pure alcohol and no vanilla taste. Smells like alcohol. Barely smell vanilla.
