I was prescribed these as part of a smoking cessation program. I use the spray around 5 times each day which means the spray lasts a long time. It's hard to stop with the spray now as it’s addictive too if you spray it enough times.



Cons

The flavour is disgusting! Tastes like chewing a menthol filter, horrible aftertaste.

    So what works for me is to only use if i get a very strong craving and not to form a habit like i did with the cigs lighting up for the sake of it

    Totally wrong method and it will give you awful hiccups a coughing fit and make you feel nauseous it does pass in minutes but it’s pretty horrible
