Pros
The gum lasts longer than the lozenges, so it is cheaper to use the gum. Only problem is that my nieces keep ask me for gum so i have to also keep a pack of juicy fruit with me as well.

As a bonus the halflife of nicotine is really short 6090 minutes so even if i have a piece in the afternoon i have no problem sleeping that night i couldnt say that about caffeine

While better than lighting up orbeing deluded into vaping it can be addictive and you could find yourself where im at smoke freebut not nicotine free
