There is no advice for chewers, but i found a recipe that worked. These dissolve slowly in my mouth without leaving a chalky residue like other lozenges.

One lozenge lasts me the whole plane ride from austin, texas to las vegas! Plan to decrease to 2mg for next order. Drinking water with it while first becoming adjusted helped.

Instead of letting one whole one, dissolve in my mouth at a time. It’s easier to get sick if you let it dissolve too fast. This product causes severe tooth decay. My breath smells like death.
