This is meds plain and simple to ween you off the smokes. This gum retains flavor about as long as any other chewing gum.
The cinnamon is there but its very subtle. The gum comes in easy packets to take on the go or leave in different places like the car or office. This option is a bit pricier than other options for one box but he says it works well.

Im surprised that this is the same price as the 4mg gum since it only has half of that amount of nicotine
I suggest adding regular gum to this to enhance using or you will find it difficult to use this product
