Pros
Sometimes the yellow piece inside is tilted at an angle, so i take a knife and poke gently to make it straight again. The price is fantastic. It is nice to be able to purchase them in quantity.
These filters trap a lot of tar, and i get about 6-7 cigs out of one filter, so a 6 pack lasts a while. I believe it does keep much of the tar from being inhales. Absolutely collects quite a bit of tar.
The filters take the harshness out without taking away the taste. It's not the perfect solution (which would be quitting all together), but it will be better than it was before. Good to use for filtration.
Cons
The nic-out is at best simply a toy by comparison.

Found the plastic holders to vary in size for the inside round part where the cigarates were to loosed and kept falling out at times
