The 50mg is just the right amount not to cause flushing. No flushing with this product and easy to digest. Small dose lets me get desired flush for better absorption of vitamins and powdered mushrooms.
Cons
This brand seems to be very erratic with the dosage per tablet. Definitely not continuing with this brand.

If taking more than 50 mg a day take in divided doses unless you like the true niacin flushing
