Pros
This conditioner moisterizes and conditions and has the most wonderful scent. Great for dry curly hair. Leaves my scalp and hair feeling moisturized.
Love the bigger bottles with the pumps which were boxed so well from the manufacturer. The actual product is great, the shipping & handling leaves room for improvement.
Cons
First hand experience, it causes hair loss and scal irritation.
The product is either fake or just a crappily made pathetic excuse for what used to be a great product. Not real nexus. This product is a literal nightmare. I'm almost certain this is a counterfeit product.

It definitely improves my hair quality and my hair is shinier and smoother after every time using it
I like the size of the bottles which last for a long time the spouts work well never gunking up with dried bits
In the last year the pump that comes with the bottle keeps failing
The shampoo itself is moisturizing and not drying or stripping

This set was a great price and works well
Great price for such a bigger size than at the store
I bought this because i thought it was priced well and i was interested in the caviar complex it had in it
Havent found anything that measures up and for the price it is worth it

It could have been packaged a little better

Overall it’s a great shampoo and conditioner but i did notice my hair gets greasy quicker than with my other shampoo so for super dry hair this would be great

Its a pretty color but i find it feels coarser than it used to and that it takes a bit of work after washing to keep it smooth

I use several different ones in order to keep my hair from getting used to one and becoming blah but the nexxus shampoo and conditioner is my primary workhorse the one i use most often

The small amount of shampoo lathers up immediately to cover my whole head of hair

The equally small amount of conditioner also spreads well so the shower comb easily glides through it with few and easily straightened tangles
