It is absurd to be able to patent a naturally occuring gene, for example. But the book is vague and muffly from start to finish.

The main characters are a chimp/boy and a transgenic parrot. Reviewer says there are too many characters with too little substance.

This book is pointless and completely unenjoyable. It is incredibly sloppy and/or disingenuous. These errors pollute the public's opinion of very important issues.
