The old gym bag lasted only a few months before the end ripped out disclosing that it was made of some sort of sheer microscopically thin black mesh fabric that was glued to a paperplastic backing to make the end result look like real canvas when in fact it wasnt

On the downside the d rings that hold the shoulder strap on and the d rings used on each end of the shoulder strap are hard black plastic rather than metal

The material is too thin to keep it from twisting and the pad for the top of your shoulder doesnt stay put
