Pros
The nexia system is really cool. It connects to next and amazon alexa so i have all most of my old adt pulse devices, plus my nest devices. This setup just blows my mind! The bridge works great as well! Super easy to install.
Cons
Support people just do the same thing over and over. All nexis support does is to tell you to restart which i again had to pay somebody to come in and do. Number of compatible products is dwindling. Get the samsung smarthub second generation.
The $10/month fee is avoidable with other systems on the market. Another comcast charging for everything. It's important to note that it requires a subscription.
My schlage lever lock stopped connecting to my bridge after 14 months. I have a trane thermostat programmed to it which works however every time the power goes out and once its restored the thermost at switches to off.
