Indoor camera now has hd setting

I hesitated to purchase this camera due to all the bad reviews about the quality of the video

After setting it up with my nexia system i was very happy to see that the indoor camera actually has 3 video resolution levels low 320x240 high 640x480 and hd 1280x720 versus just 2 video resolution levels for the outdoor camera low 320x240 and high 640x480

Camera had good visual at night but does not react too well close to sunlight

Night vision and day vision are good

It works as it should but purchasers should understand that the video data is not streamed directly for viewing inside your local network instead the video data is first streamed across the internet encrypted if i remember correctly to nexias it infrastructure and then sent back down to your computer or mobile device for viewing

This causes sometimes significant delays between what the camera is seeing realtime and whats shown on the screen
