It took me a couple of tries to figure out the backing around the edge just needs to be pulled from the top side of the bandage it went onto my ankle smoothly using my other hand to smooth down the adhesive edge to create a waterproof seal

The adhesion is great you can leave one on for several days and it wont come off

These are excellent bandages but no way should a pack of 3 24 bandages cost 499
