Pros

Mattress is comfortable. Baby loves it and sleeps well. Baby prefers it to the bassinet. Baby is a fan of tummy sleeping.

Even with the special sheets, it’s breathable. My baby seems to love his mattress, and i love it because he can breathe through the mattress. Truly breathable and waterproof.

The difference between the newton mattress and one you go buy at a store like walmart is like 100 to 1. The piece of mind you get with this product is priceless in my opinion. Soft and well priced.

Cons

The fabric is so terribly rough that it rubs poor cheeks raw or you need to cover it with so many sheets it defeats the breathability. This is unsafe for there to be extra material in the baby’s crib. No good for the price.
