Pros
The only drawback for me is that it’s the only relief i get. Each icepack goes in a little nylon pouch to hold.
The quality and workmanship are very good and worth the purchase. I don’t think it will disappoint.
It hits all the migraine causing pressure points except the forehead which is a bummer. If that spot is usually the culprit i wear the cap backwards and it works just fine. Comfortable to wear and works great for easing migraine pain.
The hat is made of a soft fleece and is very comfortable. It has excellent air permeability. And the hat comes with a little bag to store in a drawer when your not using.

When i started to feel the headache come on i remove the ice packs from the freezer because i anticipated them needing to be a little more malleable to be comfortable
