Rubber material is pleasant to the touch and very comfortable to stand on. They're comfy and stay in place on my hard wood floor. Like the sloped sides so there is not tripping over it.
The gel-pro mat is made from ceramic tiles on concrete. Shows no signs of wear after a month of harsh degreaser and chemicals. Got it for my wife's sore knees when preparing meals at the kitchen counter.
The embossed pattern helps to camouflage little spills/dirt. Cleans beautifully with water and a paper towel and can also be vacuumed.
It is a little thicker than the standard fatigue mats and the gel feature gives it more cushion. But other than that, these are much better than the other gelpro mats and have a 10 year warranty.
Cons
Under small mat it's discolored. Yellowed kitchen floor on left, undamaged floor on right. Could have been bought at any store like lowes or home depot.

We recently received our newlife gelpro professional grade mat and are extremely pleased with this purchase
Since there is no texture on the mat it shows dirt or spots more than my previously owned gelpro mat
I bought the largest one an even larger size 5x7 would be awesome
