I do get the same basic behavior with a coworkers qi pad and his phone not an lg seems to work with my pad so thats a couple of data points there

Newisdoms support has been proactive in contacting me to help resolve my issues so with some luck well see if this cant turn into a 5star review with a little technical support

The antenna appears to work sometimes i can put the phone on the charging pad and it will detecthandshake and begin charging but some short time later the charging stops and the pad indicates an error condition

Since i began using both at the same time its difficult to say which one isnt working correctly

I have a thin tpu case on the phone and it seems to work better without the case installed but still doesnt get near a full charge
