Pros
The ability to change the softness of the light with a switch is amazing and useful. Being able to switch the brightness was convenient. They're adjustable between 3 different frequencies.
Lights are very bright and lightweight. Outer casing is a tad cheaply made but does what it needs to do very well.
The light is bright and the color temp is adjustable. The warm white light is somewhere around 2700 to 3000 kelvin. The hanging brackets that get * into your mounting surface are easy to set up and intuitive to use.
Cons
Packers of lights are clueless? Did not come with the mounting hardware pictured. When the pieces come apart this allows for dust and debris to enter the housing that contains the wiring and leds.

My package came with the 4 individual shop lights each with their own separate power cords

I did not have high expectations or hopes for this but figured the price was right and it would be worth a try

These light fixtures are made from high quality materials come in great packaging and arrived on time

The bulbs were great but a little brighter and higher temperature than 4000k
These are great replacement to my old fluorescent fixtures

The fixtures themselves are lightweight consisting of a strip of led lights in a plastic tube

The materials can be flimsy at times especially when shoving the connecting plug into the end of each fixture

It can be hard to push it in all the way and when you do the pressure may cause the plastic tube to pop out of the end piece holding it in place

Theres even a wire to enable you to hardwire these to an electrical supply

Could have been 5 stars with a little bit more quality control my first order arrived without any of the necessary hardware to mount or connect

This order was then quickly replaced with the hardware however the lights that were delivered had no power button on the bulb fixture to adjust lightingcolor levels
