After we managed to get it open we put a piece of cardboard between the suction cups fortunately we had some right there with the box then placed the lamp removing the cardboard after getting positioned

Would have given it a 5 star but the bulb cant be replaced when it burns out

Brightness of light is very helpful im not squinting as i had to depending on the light from the lamp on my night stand which was not efficient
