Pros
Silicones are recommended for hypertrophic or keloid scars (depressed vs raised) i was offered a free sample as a test from my surgical oncologist in an effort to treat a hypertrophic scar. This is the best scar removal gel i’ve ever used.
To me, it is much easier to apply a gel rather than the effort of keeping a sheet attached to the skin and maintaining the cleanliness. In a few days it is barely noticeable. Not a burner funny smell.
Cons
The tube gets so much air in it, it's a horrible hassle to squeeze anything out of it. There was absolutely no change in any of the scars after the 4.
