Pros
It's a very good quality connector but the diameter means it won't work well with phones in cases (if your phone still has a headphone jack) the side that connects to the headphones is fine. But the side that connect to your amp is large.
Cons
The cord is way too stiff though. It twists, it tangles, it just doesn't flex like a cable should.

The tech flex sleeving is a bit noisy when rubbing on things and that can translate to you hearing it amplified kinda like the old phone 2 cans and a string thing
