I see that some thought it was noisy or made squealing sounds but that has not been my experience. It works wonderfully, the ice is perfect, machine is just loud. Only drawback is it makes a lot of noise if ice gets jammed up in spinner.

The design of this countertop ice maker is sleek and modern. The quality of the nugget ice is exceptional. If you want sonic or chick fil a ice this is what you need.

The only machine i know that works well is ge opal but it is more than two times the price. Customer support through their chat has taken over 2 hours.

Nothing comes apart so it’s impossible to get into the nooks and crannies off the reservoir. Black mold clogs the machine, defeating the whole purpose of owning this machine in the first place.

Every unit lasts 1-3 months, not a single one has made it past 3 months. Then about 9 months later, it quits working. The box had been opened and taped back with clear packaging tape.
