Pros
Couldn't be happier with this. It is a bit noisy but worth it! This is expected and documented normal. I ordered another one, this is what prompted the review.
We have a 700 sq ft attached garage and live in upstate ny on the canadian border. My shop is 230sqft. affordable, easy to install ( if your already wired), puts out a good amount of heat.
It is also ok to use 2 conductor w/grnd #10 sheathed cable. Changed my breaker to a 30amp from a 50amp.
Cons
Fool me once shame on you.
Air is luke warm, much less than a hair dryer. Doesn't heat up 500 square feet like indicated at all.
The manual says to wire according to “relevant wire diagram. It also says towire the ground to a screw on the chassis. Spent extra money on 10/3 wire, 4-wire cord and 4- wire receptacle.

Have a 480 sq ft garage that it has kept comfortable and warm so far down to 20 degrees here and not even set at the highest output

Temperature control should be on the very bottom of this heater as it will help if you need to adjust it when it is mounted high
