When it quit cooling and started freezing up i contacted the company and was told to return unit for repair or replacement

About the time i was going to contact them to see how soon we would get the unit back fed ex pulled up and there it was

We contacted newair through amazon and they sent one out to us right away

Its pretty easy to set up and after a while we realized that on noac days we could just leave the kit in the window and open the window anyway without it falling out
