Pros

It works but just a bit slower. Easy to install. Delivered on time. Company is awesome.

Good price for an alkaline filter. The pitcher even has a countdown so it is easy to know when the filter needs to be replaced. The lid is another story!

Cons

Second filter i've gotten that doesn't fit properly. It floats instead of filtering. The box claims the filter adds negative hydroxyl ions. Plastic filters add to landfill ever 2 months.
