We find it works on wifi to a point but because our router is sited rather too far away from the front door in the centre of our house we have had to connect through an ethernet cable for better results hence reduction of 1 star in our review rating

My wifi signal is not brilliant and the camera has rather thick brick walls and iron girders to cope with
