Pros
The flat shaped back is a game changer as well as it means no neck-pain when you wake up. Used it with my bose qc 20 inear earpiece and again comfortable. Only complaint is the velcro chin strap is far too small.
The material is soft and comfortable. Great support as good thickness. Very soft and supportive.

The shape appears to be ergonomically contoured for the shoulders and back of the neck. It fits snugly around the neck, providing excellent support.
Travel pillows are tricky to buy without trying so having a recommendation and testing it first really helped me choose. Not done my long haul yet but can't wait to use it imminently. The company are absolutely fantastic as well!
Cons
In all honesty i don't think i need to write up the pros of this item. It looks and sounds good, but is very uncomfortable, it's too big and rigid. Also it was damaged after 50 minutes.

I bough two pillows in blue and gray but i found that blue one was a bit thinner than gray which i found less supportive and i had to exchange for gray one

In my mind i have always imagined that an effective travel pillow should function more or less like a neck brace to prevent the head from dropping tilting too far right left or forward whilst sleeping in the sitting position

It is also light weight and can be easily compressed down to 14 size in the supplied bag
