We had spent money on different thermometers that were inexpensive but they hardly ever worked
Ive probably saved 100 of meat from overcooking because of this

Id seen a rave review done by americas test kitchen and out of frustration of dealing with completely inaccurate and slow thermometers for decades i decided to give this one a try

Not only does this thing outperform any of my other meat thermometers but i even used it to prove that our ac was not balanced in our house when our contractor came back to inspect the new equipment
