Use cornmeal to keep doughs from sticking to it. It works flawlessly. Cleans up easy.

The pizza peel is thin and not sturdy! The handle is very long, which makes storing it very hard at home. Raw pizza tends to stick, making yransfer to oven difficult. Too much of a lip.

Received wrong item. Not good folks. Wouldn't purchase again.

Wood is flimsy and and very soft with a thick edge. Needs a better glue or manufacturing process like clamping. There is a sliver of wooden board in the middle that is fuzzy and also contributes to the stickiness.

This thing is cheaply made, very porous and has an odd odor. Absorbs pizza grease, can't clean.
