Pros
The only bummer about this pillow is the size. It’s slightly bulky but who cares. It is not the most stylish pillow, but who cares?
It protects your head from the back of the airline seat w fabric underneath. The storage bag string is easy to loop over my luggage handle.
It's so great that i still use it in my bed at night. Bonus, it also covers your ears so it’s somewhat of a noise cancellation pillow.
Cons

Of course works best with window seat and second best with head rest curved slightly to lean you head against

Make sure you put your seat back slightly otherwise you will still fall forward while trying to sleep

Product could be improved by adding more material and padding to the bottom so it can rest on the shoulderscollarbones to better support neck eliminating need for extra neck pillow in front

With other pillows even those marketed for side sleepers my neck would always end up too crooked as the pillow compressed under the weight of my head or i would flop forward because there was no chin support
