Pros

Take 1/2 a pill in the evening. My hubby says my face is much slimmer and my tummy bulge is flatter, especially when i'm laying down. Taking this product has improved my bowel function.

Cons

It is not only an absolute waste of money, but i feel it could do damage to your digestive system because of this extreme reaction. I started with a horrible belly ache and the worst gas i have ever had. Couldn't finish the box.
