Pros

Knee pain is gone. I have loose ligaments, and very tight muscles in my back, and was told this might help for that. Secondly, your body is the traffic cop that determines what goes where.

Amazon is great about replacing the damaged items, but i really wish i didn't have to. It's hard to believe it rattles that much. This makes a great gift. Amazon is handy tho and i buy this here too.

I have bangs that were just before i started and they had to be cut almost an inch a day ago. My nails grow faster and are stronger. This is great for my complexion.

Cons

Tasted rancid and thickened immediately. Clumpy and horrible tasting. Has such an offensive smell and taste to it.
