Only when the magnetic disc at the end of the string supplied is placed on the emergency stop switch will the machine work

Works well instructions very difficult to understand but common sense prevails and control panel in russian but you can work out which reading is which

However i have one important caveat having a pet in the house i am fortunate in that i have enough room not to have to fold it away after use because this item is very heavy and it didnt take much force to overbalance it when folded vertically
