My god. It is made of plastic but seems like a harder material and not cheaply made. The rubber seems to be holding up well; even if it starts to break i'll order from here again.

    I still scrape the bowl and blade but only once maybe twice to make sure all the batter and fry ingredients got mixed well

    When i first saw it i thought it wouldnt help because its still shorter than the bowl by a lot but something about the angle of the blades draws the mix down

    Especially the drier cookies i suggest using the baker method which is sifting all dry ingredients on parchment making a tunnel and slowly dropping it in
