Pros
The only downfall is that it is only usb. The only flaw i've found is one that you'll find on even some high end headsets. Especially so if they are refurbished or on sale.
My voice was previously muffled at meetings. Worked well with my ham radio setup, pandora and various podcasts. I like the mouthpiece alert that tells you if you when you are muted and unmuted.

Cons
Headphone defaults to very loud. The connector is of inferior quality.
This product is noted as returnable. It breaks after a short amount of time. I crank it back up on my pc and it drops down to zero again.

Good quality sound do hear noise chatter
This works every time and sound quality is perfect
The sound was tinny with no bass and it the audio sounded like it was coming from inside a barrel
Using the inline volume control too easily mutes the microphone thats not so good if youre talking to a client or lead
Price
I suspect if i paid twice the amount i might get better noisecanceling options
Given the relatively inexpensive price i thought there was little to lose by trying
For the price this headset is a good purchase

Shipping was wonderful even arrived days ahead of schedule
Package arrived in the philippines in a timely manner
Received the headset in good condition all the way to the philippines
Packaging/appearance
I wish they came with a case to make them easier to carry in a back pack

This is my 2nd pair same brand and style
I ordered a different brand costing more than twice the price and they were terrible
Fortunately i read online that a headset with a usb connection would fix the problem so i bought this unit based on the brand name
The smaller usb plug is much more functional than the last 2 logitech headset i owned

I wish the headphones also cancelled the background noise because now its more of getting into the mindset to block out the other person instead of just making it easier for the person on the other end
