You might need a wrench to force the wheels in the bottom for the wrench that was provided wasnt comfortable

Great cage only one thing was not right the door is to small for big birdsnot enough room for them to rest on the dooralso i have to tie the door because will not stay open

After about 6 months of buying my 1st cage one of the casters broke off into the leg could not get the remaining part out so could not replace the caster

I thought it might be a fluke and i still love the cage so i did order the second one when i got my african grey now 5 months later same caster on the second cage broke off

Before the 2nd caster broke off on the 2nd cage i had actually purchased a third cage it is only a few weeks old at this time will let you know what happens
