Pros
The newer design raises the back of the keyboard to a comfortable typing angle and i like that. Now i have 2 hours of work time and it give me plenty of time to power up before it dies.

For safety and security we all know that bios updating is crucial but without a working battery this could not be done on my dell studio 1749 leaving me vulnerable
