Pros
This scooter is a life saver. Saved my sanity. At the end of the day my back has a tendency to seize up as it is the main wy i have to get around.
It works as advertised. Great price wish it was around back in 2012 for this price as i was basically bedridden for 6 months. But i'm glad i didn't hesitate because it's worth every dollar.
Cons
The scooter is faulty/broken and unsafe. Boo amazon & seller- totally ridiculous. I suspect that it could have actually been a refurbished or returned item.
This has a terrible turning radius. It is flimsy and the wheels are so slick that it slides on the floor. The scooter wasn't balanced correctly hence the propensity to tip.
The base of the knee pad which i am assuming is plywood, cracked. The knee padding is very weak and becomes uncomfortable quickly. However, the knee cushion is pretty hard and uncomfortable.
There is no indentation on the seat, so my leg feels like it's going to slide off all the time. Even at its highest point, the handlebars only go up mid-pelvis. The instability requires so much upper body effort to control it.

Seems fairly sturdy my 14yearold son was able to set it up easily
I am impressed with the quality of this knee rover
I broke my left foot and got this scooter bcz the crutches were exhausting and slow
I fell over when the wheel got stuck on a pebble
Price
From that perspective this thing is a bargain
It is worth every penny and if something happened to this one i would buy it again if only to have it just in case
Less than the price of a rental from a medical supply facility
It cost less to buy this product from amazon than it did to rent for a month from a medical supply store
Shipping
Don’t advertise quick delivery if it’s not
Started using the scooter the day i arrived home
My biggest complaint is the product was to be delivered next day but it took 5 days to deliver
Packaging/appearance
Package was very well protected and covered with foam zip strips and packing material
I bought an “open box” item but it seemed completely new when i received it
Came pre assembled so you only put the unit pieces together
Competitiveness
Then i bought another one that’s the same brand but has 12” air filled tires and that one’s perfect for outside
So if your tall like me you may want to try another brand

I’m sure it’s made in china or some other se asian country and an example of items that for this price point should be made there
