Pros

The fact there are 3 handles and a strap allows for hassle free carrying. Comes with a carry strap that doubles as a back of the seat hanger.

The screen protector is worth it's weight in gold. The rubber case is a soft material that is easy on the device when dropped. Our only regret is that we didn't buy it way back when we got the ipad.

Cons

The rubber is flimsy and not at sturdy as the original. The kickstand is much thinner and has already cracked. In either orientation the power button is inaccessible. These design flaws lead me to think what we received was a knock-off.
