Pros

Laptop is hp pavillon dv7 4197cl with stock linux mint 20\cinnamon operating system. I know i need a replacement, but laptops can be expensive and i'm picky. Replacement works fine after using it for a month or so.

Cons

Product starts at a 100% capacity but depletes within an hour. When unplugged from the charging source, it loses charge, although laptop is shut down. After 3 minutes the system immediately sleeps and the battery level is zero or near zero.

I feel like i was scammed. This company needs better quality control. Very disappointing.
